Why Robopac
Robopac is one of the world's leading makers of stretch wrapping equipment. Their wrappers are known for powered pre-stretch film carriages that stretch film hard and consistently, which means tighter loads with less film on every pallet.
Semi-automatic turntable wrappers
The most common choice for warehouses and plants. The operator loads the pallet, attaches the film and starts the cycle. The machine does the rest.
Ecoplat Plus
Entry-level turntable for lower-volume operations that want consistent wrapping at a low cost.
Rotoplat
The workhorse turntable for daily production, with programmable wrap cycles and powered pre-stretch options.
Masterplat Plus
A heavy-duty turntable for heavier loads and longer shifts.
Low-profile and TP3 models
Rotoplat and Masterplat versions with a low-profile table or a shaped plate so you can load with a pallet jack instead of a forklift.
Rotary arm wrappers
The load stays still while the arm circles it. A good fit for heavy, tall or unstable loads that shouldn't spin, and for food and beverage operations that wash down equipment.
Ecowrap Plus XL and Rotary
Semi-automatic rotary arms for moderate volumes.
Masterwrap Plus XL and Masterwrap HD Plus XL
Heavy-duty semi-automatic rotary arms for higher volumes and tougher loads.
Self-propelled wrapping robots
Robot S7, Robot S7 Stop & Go and Robot Master Plus drive themselves around the load. They wrap oversized, odd-shaped or very heavy loads anywhere on your floor, with no turntable or fixed frame.
Automatic stretch wrapping systems
For conveyor-fed lines that need to wrap without an operator:
- Rotoplat 3000HD automatic turntable wrapper
- Technoplat 2000 and 3000 automatic wrapping stations
- Helix automatic rotary arm wrappers, from low to high speed
- Genesis Futura and Genesis Thunder rotary ring wrappers for high-speed lines
Which wrapper fits your operation?

Robopac stretch wrapper FAQs
How much does a Robopac stretch wrapper cost?
It depends on the machine type, size, film carriage and options. An entry-level semi-automatic turntable costs far less than a fully automatic line. Tell us about your loads and volume and we'll quote the right machine.
Should I get a turntable or a rotary arm wrapper?
Turntables are the most economical choice for stable loads. Rotary arms make sense when loads are heavy, tall or unstable and shouldn't spin, or when you need to wrap very heavy pallets.
Can a new wrapper reduce how much film we use?
Usually, yes. Powered pre-stretch carriages stretch film much more than hand wrapping or brake-style wrappers, so each pallet uses less film. Over time, the film savings help pay for the machine.
Do you service Robopac machines outside St. Louis?
Yes. August Automation provides sales, installation and service support for Robopac wrappers in every major U.S. market.
