Custom label FAQs
What's the minimum order for custom labels?
Digital printing makes short runs practical, often a few hundred to a few thousand labels. Flexo printing has higher minimums but a much lower price per label at volume. Tell us your quantities and we'll recommend the best method.
What label material should I use?
Paper works for dry products and cartons. Film materials like BOPP hold up to water, oil, cold and handling, so they're the usual choice for food, beverage and personal care products.
Can you print barcodes and serial numbers?
Yes. We can print variable data such as barcodes, serial numbers and lot codes on each label.
Can my labels run on a label applicator?
Yes. Tell us your applicator and we'll set the core size, roll diameter and unwind direction to match.
